My name is Ethan Kelly
I have been a competitive runner and triathlete since high school. I signed up for my first full Ironman when I was 19, and the desire to push myself persisted beyond my collegiate running career, carrying me out to Flagstaff, Arizona, where I caught the trail-running bug and became involved in the endurance community. Since moving back to New York, I have gotten my USAT Coaching License and have been working full time as a manager at Bikeway Bicycles, I participate in a variety of endurance races spanning from Ironman & XTerra Triathlons, Ultra-Running and Gravel Cycling.

My goal is to spread the love of endurance sports to people of all abilities, and to promote safe, healthy, and formulated training methods that will provide you peak results and leave you feeling confident for your next race. I specialize in in-person coaching designed to improve fitness and optimize performance
for runners, cyclists and triathletes. With a tailored approach, I aim to empower athletes to reach their peak
potential by providing experienced guidance, custom training plans, and one-on-one support on and off the
road (and trail). My mission is to inspire and guide athletes at every level, from beginners to seasoned
competitors, towards achieving their athletic and lifestyle goals, while providing a personal touch that an online coach is unable to do.
